1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, hygiene products)
  • Customized or handmade products

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of a partial return, only the returned items’ cost will be refunded.
  • Refund time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@shoptoru.online within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and your order details for quick processing.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a free replacement or a full refund as applicable.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect products.
